Author Tahiera Monique Brown will be a featured speaker for Heart4Kids Fundraiser at Copeland’s in Atlanta, Georgia

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – July 22, 2007 – Atlanta, Georgia

Author Tahiera Monique Brown will be in Atlanta, Georgia on July 26th to participate in the Heart4Kids Fundraiser to benefit AIDS Orphans in Zimbabwe. The funds raised during this event will help towards the Orphanage Center Project.

On Thursday, July 26, 2007, author Tahiera Monique Brown, will take part in the Heart4Kids Fundraiser to benefit AIDS Orphans in Zimbabwe.   This event will be held at Copeland’s Restaurant in Buckhead. Tahiera will share a special presentation entitled, "God Hears the Cries of the Childen of Zimbabwe”.

Heart4Kids was founded by Sandra Denenga in 2004. Almost a million children have lost their parents to the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Zimbabwe. Faced with extreme poverty, they are forced to drop out of school and support themselves and their siblings. 90% of all orphans do not live in orphanages but with extended families or grandparents who struggle with the added financial burden in an economically unstable country.

The Heart4kids organization would like to extend an invitation to the Heart4kids fundraising event on July 26th to all potential supporters who wish to help this worthwhile cause. It is the vision of the organization that the orphanage will reach out to children in surrounding villages as a center of hope for clean water and medical help. The orphanage is scheduled to be complete by Christmas 2007. Generous donations will be needed in order for the children to have a home by Christmas.

The event begins at 6:30 pm on Thursday, July 26th. There will be a World-class dinner buffet, a silent auction, free non-alcoholic drinks, and free validated parking. Tickets are $50 in advance, and $60 at the door.

Copeland’s Restaurant – Buckhead is located at 3365 Piedmont Road, NE #1350 Atlanta, GA 30305-1708
